Prologue
Yui chooses Subaru and he comments that she's got a pretty weird taste because she had selected him. He immediatelly tells her if she wants to die so badly he will fulfill her wish.
Yui flinches hearing this, Shu steps in and informs Subaru that he is not allowed to kill her. Subaru protests but Shu tells him that as the next head of the family he will not allow it. They (Laito,Kanato,Ayato,Reiji) all ask why they can't kill her on which Shu states that their father has told him to keep the guest safe. Subaru comments that this b**tch is just an eyesore and that he will kill her and her guardian someday. Yui being Yui gets scared and wonders if she made a good choice in choosing such a mean person. She starts asking everyone "What's going on?" in which Ayato yells at her to "Shut up, It's a family matter".
A moment later Subaru tells her that if she doesn't want to die then she shouldn't piss him off.
Yui is left speechless and thinks to herself "How will I get out of this situation".

Prologue
Yui is sitting in the church and thinking about how she is left in Japan due to her father's work and she is actually now living with the vampires, she finds it weird that they even go to school. She then remembers that Shu told her about her transfer to a new highschool, she tries to protest that how can they do it without her permission they are not her relative but Shu tells her as long as she is with them they are her relatives and she can't contact any of her old friends, if she did anything stupid they all will get angry. In the present Yui is thinking that how she had to pick one of the vampires to suck her blood and she can't even run away or deny them. She then hears Subaru's voice who asks her what she is thinking about Yui don't see anyone then she looks up on the sky and find Subaru flying she flinches and Subaru tells her she is stupid.... flying is not an amazing thing. She tells him it's not normal for humans. He tells her that vampires can do many things that humans can't do. She then asks him how can he be in the church? Subaru tells her that he is not scared of church and its normal for him, he tells her she is his food and he doesn't want his food to be in such a dislikeable place. Subaru gets angry and Yui tries to escape but Subaru disappears and suddenly comes more closer to her.
Subaru corners her and tells her that she is too naive, he tells her that even from this closer she looks so unappetizing. He teases her that she wants him to suck her blood and want to become his women but Yui denies it, she tells Subaru that she don't know why she picked him it was too sudden that she didn't even have time to think she tells Subaru to give her some room she can't talk to him if he is too close. Subaru gets angry and he punches the wall, he tells Yui to get this clearly in her brain that she have to obey everything he says and she can't talk back to him. Subaru grabs her wrist tightly and tells her that he will now give her a reward, Subaru bites her and start sucking her blood. After a while Subaru stops and tells her that her blood is delicious and she is now qualified to be his food he would have killed her if she had disgusting blood. He tells her that he can enjoy for a while and can let her live but only until he grew sick of her. Subaru breaks the door and leaves. Yui wonders if its one of the God's test for her.

No.01 - Vampire Ending
Subaru kills his mother and Shu tells him he has to leave the house for killing one of the family. He tells Yui that he loves her and he wants her to “live the same time as him” by becoming a vampire with him.
No.02 - Manservant Ending
Subaru and Yui run away from the castle together. He’s killed his mother in order to “free her” from her suffering. Subaru gets pissed that the best he can do is free his mother and he’s not strong enough to stand up to his father. Yui tells Subaru to stop holding back and drink her blood so he can gain the power he needs. He agrees to drink her blood on the condition that he will never drink anyone else’s ever again.
No.03 - Brute Ending
Subaru dies and Yui cries in despair. Suddenly Cordelia comes out and says she’ll give Yui the powers to take revenge. Yui realized Subaru didn’t want Yui to be taken over by Cordelia so she takes the silver knife he left her and stabs herself in the heart.
Heaven
Subaru is suffering from anemia, so Yui is worried about him and asks him to drink her blood. He tells her that he doesn't have enough strength to pull her towards him. So he begs her to come to his side, so Yui moves closer and pulls her shirt down and asks Subaru if its close enough. Subaru apologizes and tells her that she needs to get even more closer. He says she needs to be in a position that will cover his whole body. Yui gets embarrassed at thought of being on top of Subaru but she tells him that she will try her best. Yui climbs onto Subaru, and she feels weird, looking at Subaru from the top.
Yui bends forward and Subaru starts sucking her blood. He’s sucking too much blood making Yui feel that she’s going to faint. Yui asks him to stop, but Subaru tells her he wont let go and starts laughing. Yui realizes that Subaru lied to her about being unwell just so Yui could be on top of him. Yui gets angry and Subaru tells while blushing that he won't apologize to someone so shameless! Yui thinks that what he said was really mean, because he looks very embarrassed now. Subaru then comments that it’s her turn now to be anemic, so Subaru says he should give her a reward for doing what he wanted her to do.
He offers her to suck his blood. Yui says there’s no need, but Subaru flips over and pushes her down. So he’s that he's one on top. Subaru says she should thank him because he’s allowing her to drink his pure vampire blood. Subaru tells Yui she must let him know how it tastes after drinking, and Yui protests, saying there’s no need to drink his blood. Subaru say she’s shouldn’t be so reserved and just drink it as she is also going to be vampire soon. At the end he thanks Yui and she gets confused by it.

No.01 - Vampire Ending
Subaru proposes to Yui and gives her the silver knife. He tells her that a human life span is shorter and she will die before him, so when the time comes, he wants her to kill him first with the knife. So that he will go to the afterlife first, then Yui will follow, and both of them will be able to meet again the afterlife shortly.
No.02 - Manservant Ending
Kou successfully takes Yui away and imprisons her. Subaru tries to save her but backs out because he hurts Yui by accident in the process and Kou laughs at him. Subaru came back another time in another attempt to save her, but Yui is already dead by then.
No.03 - Brute Ending
Because Yui is a source of pain for Subaru because of him awakening, Yui decides to commit suicide. Subaru shouts in despair “No, don’t leave me alone again!!”.
